Multi-domain property portal managing 4 websites (Feel-Ing.hu, Feeling-Spain.com, Feeling-Spain.de, Feeling-Spain.hu) with shared admin panel, multilingual support (Hungarian/English/German), and automated content translation.

SaaS Platform
MOZAIC Core
A multi-tenant back-office and growth platform for estate agencies and professional services firms, hosted in the EU. Each firm gets its own space, its own branding and its own subdomain on shared infrastructure.
Implementation
Next.js 16 and React 19 on Supabase. Per-organisation feature flags, agent microsites with subdomains provisioned automatically, Stripe subscriptions, client portals reached by tokenised link rather than a password, TOTP two-factor on staff accounts, and GDPR consent captured on every lead path.
My role
Built by MK TechLAB and owned by MOZAIC SL, where I am technical co-founder. PASKU.CO is the first agency on the platform.

Bookings & Payments
Tattoos by Sandor
A studio website on the surface and a full booking platform underneath: online reservations with a Stripe deposit, walk-in sessions with flexible timing, Tap to Pay in the studio, and invoices raised in Xero without anyone retyping them.
Key Features
Three booking routes through one calendar, with double-booking prevented in the database rather than in the interface. Card payments taken online and in person, an admin dashboard covering a booking from first enquiry to final payment, and two-factor authentication on staff accounts.
